Mexican Dip

1 can Refried Beans                            1 Jar Salsa

1 packet Taco Seasoning                     Tomato

Sour Cream                                         Red Onion

1 can Green Chilis (drained)                Cilantro

1 package Mexican Blended Shredded Cheese

Mix the beans and taco seasoning. Spread it into a baking pan. Layer the remaining ingredients. 

My cousin, Diana, made this for us when she was visiting. This goes great with cut vegetables as well as tortilla chips. I’ve spread it on a tortilla shell and rolled it up. Be warned though, it is so addictive that if you don’t watch yourself, you will get filled up on it before the main course.
